The Society makes modest but meaningful financial awards per year to young people, community groups, cultural initiatives and those facing financial hardship on the Isle of Arran.
Previous applicants have used financial awards from the Arran Society to advance their education, enhance community facilities and access opportunities otherwise unavailable to them.

You can apply for support from the Arran Society of Glasgow for yourself, or a community organisation. To do so you must fill in one of our application forms:

All applications are reviewed quarterly, at meetings of the Directors of the Arran Society of Glasgow with dates and deadlines below. Please note that application forms that are received after the submission date will be carried forward to the next meeting. Applications will not be approved outside of the Directors meetings.
Individual applications should be submitted by the beneficiary, where possible. In the case of young people, the application should be written in their own words.
